1. Pricing:
- Our policy guarantees competitive pricing and the convenience of online reservations.
- Prices quoted on our website are per person and exclude tips, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals, accommodation, room services, and laundry unless otherwise specified.
- Published rates may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as increases in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses
2. Methods of Payment:
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners).
- Full payment must be made by credit card, and the transaction will be reflected on your statement.
3. Confirmation of Payment:
- Upon payment, a confirmation slip will be sent via email, serving as proof of payment to redeem your tour package.
- Ensure accurate travel information is provided during booking.
4. Cancellation & NoShow Policy
- Cancellation policies vary for each tour activity/attraction/hotel; please review before booking.
- Combo tours can be canceled, but cancellation of a single tour in a combo forfeits the combo offer.
- Tourist Visa fees are non-refundable once paid.
- No refunds for no-shows or unused services; rescheduling confirmed tours is not allowed.
5. Cancellation Procedures:
- Read the applicable cancellation rules for your tour package before cancellation.
- Notify Escapar Travel and Tourism in writing of any cancellation.
- Escapar is not responsible for unconfirmed cancellations.
6. Itinerary Amendments:
- Itineraries may change due to local/weather conditions, airway schedules, and other factors.
- Changes are announced before departure; Escapar reserves the right to make minor amendments without reimbursement.
7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy:
- If your preferred hotel is unavailable, alternatives will be provided.
- Check-in/check-out policies vary by hotel; Escapar is not responsible for deviations due to the hotel’s schedule.
8. Travel Insurance:
- Travelers are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover accidents, illness, injury, loss of baggage, or trip cancellation.
9. Travel Documents:
- Guests must ensure they have the required documents, including passports or valid ID cards.
- No refunds for loss or lack of relevant documents; passengers are advised to check entry requisites and visa/health requirements.
10. Website Usage Restrictions:
- All website content, including logos and images, is proprietary to Escapar Travel and Tourism.
11. Delivery & Shipping Policy:
